You may be allergic to a something that you have come into contact with. A patch test is a procedure that helps you identify this substance(s).

During the test, pieces of tapes will be placed onto your back for a few days.

To help us decide which substances to use for the test, please bring along the following for testing.

• self-purchased and prescribed medications cosmetics and toiletries
• chemicals used at home and at work
• substances handled at home and at work
• any other items that you suspect may have caused your rash
